At Lumen Eleven, we aim to combine knowledge of mental health with knowledge of plant medicines by designing spiritual retreats. These retreats focus on blending emotional and spiritual healing with practical insights, community building, personal growth, and connection with nature.
WHAT WE DO
With Lumen Eleven we are implementing plant medicine healing one-on-one and in ceremony or retreat settings. Modeled after ancient customs and practices, these group experiences are challenging, honest, and created to bring you to back to yourself, finding your center. Coupled with ceremonies and retreats, Tommy leads Integration sessions to further reflect upon these complex experiences.
